Cancellation Policies

Cancellation/Substitution Policy for Conference Attendees:
Written cancellations received on or by August 11, 2008 will receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee.  No refunds will be given for cancellations made after August 11, 2008.  No refunds will be given for “no shows”.  You may send a substitute in lieu of the registered person.  Cancellations will not be accepted over the telephone.  You may send a written cancellation to: ACA Compliance Group 2120 L Street, NW, Suite 530, Washington DC 20037.  You may also fax a cancellation to (202) 955-8331 or e-mail Elizabeth Drabot at edrabot@acacompliancegroup.com.

Cancellation Policy for Booth Exhibitors:

There will be a $150 cancellation fee assessed if made prior to July 11, 2008. No refunds for cancellations made after July 11, 2008.
